Rebuilding the Internal Tool an NBA Team Runs On
The Timberwolves' internal platform had become slow and easy to ignore. I was the sole Design Engineer on the rebuild: component system, Figma to production, six usability cycles. Task completion time dropped 40%.

Ma UI
A motion-first component system for AI-native interfaces, built around 間, the Japanese concept of intentional space and pause. Five components and a custom docs site. The thesis: animation is a design decision, not decoration.

An AI Operations Platform for a Two-Country Business
A Japanese jewelry business running across two markets with a fully manual product pipeline. The owner manages products in Google Sheets alongside ateliers and suppliers. I built a dashboard that syncs from that sheet and automates the rest: Claude translates Japanese product descriptions into English, generates SEO-optimized filenames and alt text per variant, tracks each product through a status pipeline, and surfaces Shopify and social analytics in one place. Coordination overhead dropped by an estimated 65%.

Designing an AI Chatbot for IT Technicians at Harvard
IT technicians at HKS had no fast way to get answers in the field. As a technician myself, I felt it daily. I led the design of AgentAI, an internal chatbot built on HKS's existing documentation, and served as project lead from concept to handoff in 3 months for 20+ IT staff.

Designing a Bespoke Wedding Website Studio
I saw a newly engaged woman complain online that she couldn't find a wedding website that actually felt like her. I founded Love in Season to fix that. I built the marketing site and designed and built the client-facing product, including a custom portal with real-time RSVP tracking, a couple-managed CMS, and event-filtered email blasts.

Building Conference Marketing Sites for Northeastern Scout
Two conference marketing sites for Northeastern Scout's annual design conference, 300 to 500 attendees each. I served as technical lead working with an interdisciplinary team of designers and engineers. Built landing page entrance animations, hover interactions, and a sliding banner. Both sites shipped on hard deadlines and are live.
