Hi, I'm Rei, a design engineer and product manager with a background in computer science.

I grew up moving between languages and cultures, and I think that shaped how I approach product work. A lot of it comes down to translation: taking what different people need, often described in totally different ways, and finding the version that actually works for everyone.

I studied computer science with a focus on human-computer interaction at Northeastern. That background means I'm as comfortable in a codebase as I am in Figma. What I'm actually focused on is the experience for whoever's using the product, and the small details that make something feel right or feel frustrating.

Outside of work you'll usually find me watching basketball, biking, cooking, volunteering or planning my next trip.
