Interventions: Collide
Interventions: Collide was part of the branding of Scout's annual design conference. Scout, a student-led design studio at Northeastern University, hosts a special day filled with speakers, events, and interactive workshops to connect the design community around us. For the 2024 conference, the theme chosen was 'Collide'. The theme played with the imagery of ideas colliding and creativity knowing no bounds. For this project, I was the Conference Technical Lead, working with a team of three other developers to create the website for the annual conference.

Final Product & Conclusion
As the technical lead of the project, I learned how to successfully lead a project with a strict deadline. I recognized the importance of breaking the project into digestible components and maintaining a comprehensive backlog of outstanding tasks. The project was completed within two months of the wireframe handoff. The team worked incredibly well in meeting weekly sprint handoffs and actively sought assistance from one another when needed.
